Position : Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) Cloud Consultant

Location : Irvine, CA Remote with paid milestone-based travel

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM) Cloud Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Channel Revenue Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle ChRM, including customer and supplier rebate programs, trade promotions, accruals, claims, deductions, and settlements . The consultant will also work closely with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and other Oracle Cloud modules to deliver integrated business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ChRM implementations
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business processes into Oracle ChRM solutions.
• Configure and manage: Customer and supplier rebate programs, Trade promotions and incentives, Program eligibility and qualifiers, Accruals and accrual reconciliation, Customer and supplier claims, Deductions and settlements, Manual adjustments, Program and claim approvals
• Configure custom qualifiers and pricing-related rules as required.
• Support data migration for programs, accruals, claims, customers, products, and related master/transaction data.
• Collaborate with Oracle SCM and Finance teams to design and support integrations with: Oracle Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, General Ledger / Oracle Financials
• Work with technical teams on REST APIs, file-based integrations, FBDI/CSV data loads, and third-party integrations.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, integration failures, calculation discrepancies, and claim/settlement issues.
• Conduct functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Provide guidance to junior consultants and serve as the Oracle ChRM Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Channel Revenue Management (ChRM).
• Experience with at least 12 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ChRM implementations.
• Strong functional understanding of: Customer rebate management, Supplier/vendor rebate management, Trade promotions, Accrual management, Claims management, Deductions and settlements, Indirect sales management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ChRM configuration.
• Experience configuring custom qualifiers and Oracle Fusion Pricing.
• Experience with ChRM data migration using CSV, FBDI, or equivalent Oracle Cloud data-loading mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of ChRM integrations with OM, AR, AP, Procurement, and Finance.
• Basic-to-good understanding of REST APIs and Oracle Cloud integrations.
• Strong business process analysis and process redesign skills.
• Excellent requirement-gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to the client site in Irvine, CA for workshops as required.
