Exciting Travel RN Opportunity in PCU!

Job Description:

- Unit Information:
- Location: Wichita, KS
- Floor: 1
- Building: Main
- Beds: 14

- Team Overview:
- Dynamic team environment with RNs and PCTs.
- Day Shift: RNs and PCTs
- Night Shift: Strong support staff available.

- Patient Care:
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- Equipment: Chest tubes, IV pumps, various other drains.
- EMR: Meditech.

- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must Have:
- Minimum 1-year current hospital PCU experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.

- Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of medication drips, central lines, and catch recovery.

- Unit Procedures:
- No invasive procedures performed.

- Personality Fit:
- Positive, patient-centered approach.
- Critical thinker.
- Team player who is engaged and collaborative.

- Expectations:
- Every other weekend required.
- Flexibility to float to other units as needed.
