Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Surgical Technologist.
Surgical Technologist Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate : $29.00-$34.00/hr, based on experience
Location : Columbus, OH
Surgical Technologist Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in surgery, special procedures, Interventional Radiology, or a Cardiac Cath Lab.
  
• At least 1 year of experience assisting in an operating room.
  
• Surgical Technologist and scrub experience preferred.
  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  
• Associate degree from a college accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
  
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and proper surgical instrument handling.
  
• Ability to prepare patients and procedure rooms for vascular access procedures.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  
• Excellent patient care and customer service skills.
  
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively with a clinical team.
  

• Prepare patients and procedure rooms for vascular access procedures.
  
• Arrange instruments and supplies for interventional procedures.
  
• Assist the clinical team with patient preparation and procedure setup.
  
• Scrub in and assist during procedures.
  
• Maintain sterile techniques and preserve the sterile field.
  
• Clean and sterilize surgical tools and equipment.
  
• Perform post-procedure cleanup and prepare rooms for the next patient.
  
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies.
  
• Support the clinical team in providing quality patient care.
  
• Follow established safety, infection prevention, and clinical procedures.
