Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
• Follow scheduled routes while maintaining timely arrivals and departures.
• Ensure the safety of all students while boarding, riding, and exiting the bus.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in excellent working condition.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• A valid SC driver's license (commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsements preferred, but we offer FREE training!).
• A clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to connect with students.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Terms of Employment: 180 Days Level 112 Pay Scale. The terms of employment detailed in this job description are based on full time employment during the school year. Conditions of employment adjusted for part time employees or individuals who are hired for less than an entire school year.
