Position Description

Temp to cover FTE LOA, possible temp to perm if FTE does not return.

Roles Responsibilities

• Driving to different stores throughout the day.

• Work approximately 40 hours per week in Utah (travel within the Ogden, Salt Lake City and Provo areas).

• Using personal vehicle and reimbursed for mileage.

• Assisting in running service calls, installing computer and printer hardware, and completing annual preventative maintenance projects in stores.

• Complying with on-call requirement for down store issues assigned after hours; at night, on weekends, and holidays.

• Lifting 75lbs and completing required paperwork.

• Providing excellent customer service skills.

• Working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of normal workdays.

Skills

• 2-5 years work experience in IT role, preferably hardware support such as PCs, printers, networking equipment and cabling with additional experience in device imaging and basic configuration.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Previous hardware repair experience.

• Ability to work independently.

Education

• Minimum - High School diploma or GED required.
