A nationally recognized, rapidly growing primary care organization is recruiting physicians for several established neighborhood centers throughout Philadelphia.

Current opportunities span:

• Northeast Philadelphia, including the Roosevelt/Rhawnhurst area
\n
• River Wards, including Aramingo, Port Richmond, Harrowgate and Bridesburg
\n
• North Philadelphia, including Strawberry Mansion, Brewerytown and Allegheny West
\n

Physicians typically practice from one dedicated center rather than traveling between locations.

This is a value-based model built around improving outcomes for older adults—not rushing physicians through an overloaded schedule.

• 100% outpatient adult and geriatric primary care

• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
\n
• No nights or weekends
\n
• Manageable daily patient volume
\n
• Smaller patient panels that allow meaningful continuity

• Dedicated medical assistant and clinical support team

• Integrated support for care coordination, referrals and social needs

• MD or DO
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
