Cook – Corner16 Northshore Corner16 is looking for a Cook to join our team at our Northshore location! If you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, working with a solid team, and taking pride in putting out great food, Corner16 could be a great fit for you. Whether you already have line experience or you're looking for an opportunity to grow your kitchen skills, we want people who bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn. What You’ll Do Our kitchen team works together across several stations, including Window, Grill, Salad, and Fry. Depending on your experience and training, you'll help: Prepare and cook menu items according to Corner16 recipes and standards Set up and maintain your station throughout the shift Work quickly and accurately during busy service periods Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety standards Keep your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and preparation procedures Learn new menu items, specials, and kitchen procedures Safely operate and care for kitchen equipment Communicate and work as a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Shows up ready to work and be part of the team Can keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in preparing quality food Can follow recipes and directions consistently Has basic math skills and understands simple measurements and conversions Can safely use a digital scale and thermometer Is comfortable standing, bending, walking, and staying active throughout the shift Can lift up to 50 lbs., with assistance available for heavier items Has previous kitchen or line-cook experience preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important Benefits Include Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Employee Meal Discounts If you’re looking for a kitchen where you can stay busy, learn, work with a great team, and build your skills , we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
