Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects and ownership of various marketing programs and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in current marketing programs while assisting with developing new initiatives aligned with company goals. The Marketing Coordinator will work as part of the marketing team in communication, digital communications, internal and external websites, promotional programs and events, and our many menus. The Marketing Coordinator will help support the day-to-day objectives of the marketing department under the guidance of the VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager.Exceptional Benefits Package Includes:Medical (Competitive Employer Contribution)DentalVisionLife Insurance/ AD&DDisabilityVoluntary Life and AD&DPaid Time OffTelehealth and Tele-mental Health – Company Paid through HealthJoyRetirement Plan with match up to 4% of Salary – NOT VESTING SCHEDULEProfessional DevelopmentPrimary Duties:Create and maintain the overall marketing calendar and tasks to include important dates, various events (both internal and external events in the community)Assist in the planning and execution of various promotional events throughout the Legacy portfolio.Social Media:Work with our in house social media content specialist to create a relevant calendar for each market (surrounding events, private event closures, weather, holidays, food holidays, etc.)Create social media content (photos & video) when neededOwns all responses to reviews for all external website reviews (Google, Yelp, etc..) for all locations and works with operations to respond to and ensure guest recoveryOwn creating, reviewing, editing, and proofreading menus for all Legacy Ventures Restaurant assetsCoordinate with a graphic designer, if used on collateral needs for promotions, events and/or menusMaintain all historical records for the Marketing Department following established programmingFull auditing responsibilities of all websites and third party vendors to ensure current and accurate informationAdministrative support for the field for printing, organizing and distributing all collateralQualifications:Highly organized – meet deadlines and coordinate multiple projectsDetail-oriented – follow through on commitments and requestsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including content and grammarExperience providing excellent customer service –through digital platforms and in-personProficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Computer savvy in generalAbility to establish priorities, work independently, and complete objectivesHigh energy and enthusiasmAbility to meet and engage with new peopleMust be flexible, as shifts can often occur on nights, weekends, and holidaysExperience with Canva, Google Business Platform, Meta Business Suite, Open Table, DoorDash, etc.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) a plusCollege graduate preferredOther:Must ensure that your appearance is in accordance with the standard set on commencement of employmentAbility to work under pressure and within strict deadlines by fostering a strong sense of pro activity and result orientationPossess excellent communication skills due to constant contact with both internal and external guests, especially dealing with guest inquiries and complaintsAbility to maintain a good working relationship with all members of staff and also possess the ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workAvailability to work extended hours(including some weekends) and some holidays as needed for promotions and heavy volume days including SEC Championship & Chic fil A Bowl.To be on time for duty and to ensure that the Department’s offices and work areas in all departments remain clean and tidy at all times, while maintaining proper records and filing systems.Career PathThe company seeks and rewards team members who demonstrate intelligence, judgment, a capacity to anticipate, loyalty, integrity, a high energy level, a balanced ego and the drive to get things done.Legacy Ventures Restaurants is committed to equal opportunity and is firmly committed to preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information and veteran status) in its application and hiring processes and in its employment decisions.
