One Royal Culture Short Story We have a current opening for a HR Generalist (Benefits & Comp Focus) for our Sacramento, CA office. Responsibilities: Benefits & Retirement Administration Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, and voluntary benefits. Process enrollments, life events, eligibility changes, and terminations. Support 401(k) administration, including enrollments, contribution changes, loans, and employee inquiries. Assistwith annual open enrollment, employee communications, andbenefitseducation. Conduct benefits audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. Leave of Absence Administration Coordinate leave programs, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA-related leaves, and applicable state leave programs. Maintain leave records, track leave activity, and support return-to-work processes. Serve as a resource for employees and managersregardingleave-related questions. Compensation Support Assistwith salary benchmarking, market pricing, pay range administration, and job description maintenance. Support compensation reviews, annual salary planning, and compensation-related reporting. Analyze workforce, compensation, and benefits data to support HR and business decisions. Vendor Management & Compliance Serve as a liaison with benefit carriers, brokers, retirements providers, andthird-partybenefit administration. Assistwith vendor implementations, renewals, issue resolution, and process improvements. Support compliance activities related to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and applicable leave laws. Maintainaccurateemployee records and documentation. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora relatedfield preferred. 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration,andcompensation Required Skills & Abilities Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and interpret data. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and HRIS systemspreferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Safety & Physical Requirements Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites. Mustcomply withall safety standards and procedures. Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday. Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach.
