Our merchandising and stocking associates make sure members can find everything they need, from everyday essentials to special occasion items. Your work may involve moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The fast‑paced role can be physically demanding, but it’s a great way to build a career in retail. Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr What You’ll Do Promptly unload trucks and move inventory. Assist fellow associates and members throughout the store. Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom. Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and offering guidance. Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely. Maintain merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, arranging, and labeling product displays. Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper rotation and compliance with sanitation standards. Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks and improve processes.
