Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze financial results and variances
• Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting and special projects
• Support multiple entities and operational locations
• Partner with accounting leadership on process improvements
• Review Staff Accountant work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong month-end close experience
• Deep understanding of financial accounting principles
• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis
• Intercompany accounting experience preferred
• ASC 606/revenue recognition experience is a plus
• Healthcare experience is a plus
