Opportunity:


CNA - LTC


Job Details:


• 12-hour evening shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• No on-call responsibilities
• 8-hour shift options available with scheduling flexibility and ability to pick up extra shifts when available
• Work in a Long-Term Care setting within an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility
• Patient ratio of 1:10 or 1:6
• Common diagnoses include dementia, frail, and elderly patients
• Job duties include ADL care, showers, meal assistance, and universal worker responsibilities
• Elderly care experience required
• CBRF medication certification required
• Must have solid travel experience with extensions at previous locations
• Float as needed
• Scrub color: any solid color, clean and professional
• EMR system: ECS
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
• Required certifications: BLS Certification (AHA or ARC)


Facility:


This facility is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community with 20 beds/residents, providing compassionate and specialized care for elderly individuals, including those living with dementia. The care team focuses on delivering personalized support and enriching the daily lives of residents through dedicated ADL assistance, meal support, and a warm, person-centered approach to care.
