Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team at the Modern Mental and Counseling Center. With a yearly salary range of $120,000 to $140,000, this role offers a competitive pay structure complemented by a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Work Environment
This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work schedule while still engaging with clients through teletherapy and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy for diverse clients.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops, targeting specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community partners, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality, ethics, and legal requirements are met.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education to remain informed on the latest mental health research and treatment modalities.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice serves a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Must hold an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

- A strong understanding of legal standards and ethical guidelines in mental health practice is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients effectively.

- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and teletherapy technologies is a must.
Preferred Experience
- Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.

- The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between $120,000 and $140,000.
