Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy for diverse clients.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops, targeting specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community partners, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality, ethics, and legal requirements are met.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education to remain informed on the latest mental health research and treatment modalities.

Qualifications
