This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Warehouse Coordinators may also need to operate vehicles like trailers, forklifts, or other machinery designed to aid in the transport of heavy materials. A Warehouse Worker may also be responsible for disposing of a variety of leftover packing materials or hazardous waste in a safe and appropriate manner.Applicants must be at least 25 years old!ResponsibilitiesOperate mechanical lift, forklift or vehiclesLoad and unload materialsTake inventory of materials shipped or receivedStore, count, weigh, and open materials receivedLoad and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goodsFill warehouse ordersLabel boxes to identify materialsDispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboardOther duties as assignedQualificationsWorking knowledge of general access control systems. Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred.Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation.Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.Ability to be creative and resourceful in obtaining solutions to uncommon applications.Ability to effectively work independently and in a team atmosphere.Strong organization skills, time management, and attention to detail.Proficient verbal and written communications skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.Customer focus and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.Physical/Electronic Security Experience 5-7 YearsTechnical Skills:Excellent organizational skillsAwareness of Public Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuriesAbility to use computer technology to make labels, track inventory, and keep a record of storageAbility to work well with othersSoft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.This is a Technician job opportunity with i2G Systems.
