NCS POSITION: Warm + Experienced Overnight NCS Needed for First-Time Parents Beginning Late September! $45–55/hr+ DOE First-time parents in Manhattan Beach are eager to secure a fantastic Newborn Care Specialist to support them overnight during the first 3–4 months with their baby! They are looking for a warm, nurturing, and supportive candidate who can confidently guide them through the newborn stage while helping them feel comfortable and empowered as new parents. Mom is planning to breastfeed, so any lactation support experience would be a wonderful bonus. Newborn safety, infant care best practices, and creating healthy sleep habits are all top priorities for this family, and they are hoping to find someone who can provide reassurance, education, and expert support during this exciting transition into parenthood. The nursery will be equipped with a twin bed for your comfort during shifts.
