What You’ll Do Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on school buses Complete preventive maintenance inspections to keep our fleet safe and road-ready Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems Ensure all repairs meet DOT and safety standards Work independently while staying connected with the team What You’ll Get $25–$37/hour based on experience $5,000 sign-on bonus Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (no nights!) Earn $35–$100 per quarter per certification, with total potential earnings up to $7,820 per year. We cover ASE test and registration fees after test-prep completion. Bonuses are paid automatically and included in regular paychecks. Additional $1,000 Blue Seal bonus available at qualifying locations.
