Administrative Assistant

Under general supervision, performs varied and responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve assigned Principal of administrative and clerical detail; plans, coordinates, and organizes office activities and coordinates flow of communications and information; prepares and maintains a variety of manual and automated records and reports related to assigned school(s); and performs related duties as assigned.

MATERIALS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college level coursework in business or public administration or related field and four (4) years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. Must be able to pass and maintain custody clearance.
