Pay: $38.00–$50.00/HR + Overtime (based on experience, qualifications and interview)
Annual Earning Potential: $109,000–$143,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | Typically 50 Hours/Week
Pay & Benefits

- Strong backlog of work and long-term job stability
- Perform complete diesel engine rebuilds and major engine overhauls
- Diagnose, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble large diesel engines
- Rebuild and repair major engine components, including turbochargers and related systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues
- Utilize diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, schematics, and precision measuring tools
- Perform repairs in shop or field environments as needed
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- 5+ years of diesel engine rebuilding or heavy equipment mechanical repair experience
- Proven hands-on experience with major diesel engine rebuilds and overhauls
- Experience with CAT, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, or Deutz engines strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience rebuilding major engine components
- Ability to read technical manuals and manufacturer specifications
- Mining, construction, or industrial equipment experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
