Operational Costs & Programs

•

Physical Damage: Optional coverage available through Roadrunner. Cost varies based on tractor value, model year, anddeductible. Current rates are approximately

$3.96-$5.10 per $1,000 ofdeclared tractor value per month .

Non-Trucking Liability: $65 per power unit per month .

•

Occupational Accident:

$167 per driver per month , where available.

•

Own Insurance: Contractors may obtain qualifying insurance independently ifdesired.

ELD Costs

•$6.50/Week Rental, X Company Owns The System

•Roadrunner provides and maintains the ELD hardware.

PlatesandPermits

•

Base Plate: Roadrunner can facilitate the base plate and recover the cost weekly, currently

up to $50 per week .

•

Permits: Cost varies based on the permits and jurisdictions required. Roadrunner can facilitate eligible permits.

•

Heavy Vehicle Use Tax: Annual tax paid by the contractor; amount varies based on the vehicle.

Own Base Plate: Contractors may obtain their own base plate ifdesired.

Fuel CardandFuel Tax

Fuel Card: Roadrunner fuel card available for contractor fuel purchases.

Fuel Savings: Access to
