Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
• Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Experience or clinical rotations in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to student success

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with families and IEP teams
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in regular team meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to promote effective communication strategies
• Deliver services in compliance with federal, state, and district standards
