Associate Director Bank Risk Manager

We are seeking a Research Analyst to support our customer onsite at Patrick Space Force Base, Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

Duties:

• Reviews and evaluates data and information from databases and computer-generated documents/reports.
• Knowledgeable of techniques for conducting research, review, and process analysis associated with technical data from databases to develop and generate information and summary data.
• Capable of generating process flow charts to support such activities as management and technical evaluations.
• Able to perform management record keeping, tracking, and reporting as needed.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in related disciplines).

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3-years of research experience to include quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as research methodology and design.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with the development and implementation of gaming simulations and training initiatives
• Master's degree in appropriate discipline (e.g., Human Factors background or I/O psychology)

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
