Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts (or compact state)
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting, preferably as a School RN
• Familiarity with ESY (Extended School Year) programs is highly desirable
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to students during the ESY program
• Administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and respond to acute health needs
• Collaborate with faculty and parents to develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with regulatory requirements
• Serve as a health resource for students, staff, and families
