Mechanical Engineer (Entry Level)

We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded engineer to support key groups in Hydraulics, Mechanical Design, and Applications Engineering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple technical disciplines.

Essential Skills

• Strong SolidWorks experience.
• Proven mechanical design skills.
• High mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on engineering tasks.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and shift between project types.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to hydraulics or fluid power.
• Experience in automation, motion control, or industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within Hydraulic System Design and familiarity with Hydraulics at the Systems Level.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
