The Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across multiple facility locations. This individual works under the Facility Manager's supervision and ensures safe, efficient cleaning operations while occasionally traveling between sites. The role demands a focus on safety compliance and excellent customer interaction as an individual contributor with no immediate growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform surface cleaning for residential clients
• Adhere strictly to safety compliance standards and procedures
• Engage professionally with customers and building occupants
• Maintain cleanliness supplies and equipment effectively
• Travel to multiple work sites as required (mileage reimbursement applies to some situations)
