Litigation Paralegal Location: San Diego, CA Job Type: Full-time, in-office Salary: $34.62 — $43.27/hour (commensurate with skillset and experience) About the Role Our client, an AV-rated, full-service law firm in San Diego, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a caseload spanning general business disputes, employment litigation, probate litigation, real estate disputes, healthcare litigation, and data privacy/cybersecurity litigation. Responsibilities include discovery prep, document management, deposition and trial preparation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and third parties. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ litigation experience supporting a medium-to-large civil practice Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA Paralegal certification (both preferred) Working knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and principles Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills E-discovery software knowledge (Disco a plus); document management system knowledge (iManage preferred) Minimum 1,200 annual billable hours Compensation: $34.62 — $43.27/hour, plus comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), employer-funded retirement, CLE support, free parking/transit stipend) #J-18808-Ljbffr
