Apply today.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental healthmonitor vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical indicators to detect changes in patient conditionsrecognize and act on warning signs of deterioration, such as changes in heart rate, respiratory rate, or mental statussafely administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and monitor for adverse effects or allergic reactionsact as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the patient's needs are metprovide patient education on their condition, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery and prevent readmission.communicate effectively with doctors, specialists, physical therapists, and social workers to develop and adjust care plansEpic computer chartingNew grads welcome!QualificationsBefore we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
