Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Custodian for a school setting in Goose Creek, SC. In this role, you'll perform standard cleaning and custodial duties throughout the school, including cleaning classrooms and bathrooms, removing trash, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning walls to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff.Why Join UsCompetitive pay ($8.50/hour) + steady school-year scheduleW-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company matchReimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expensesMileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonusesWhat You’ll DoClean and sanitize classrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the school.Empty trash and recycling and replace liners as needed.Dust and wipe down furniture, surfaces, and fixtures.Clean walls, doors, windows, and high-touch surfaces.Restock bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed.Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment for students and staff.What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shiftAbility to work independently and follow cleaning/safety proceduresStrong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detailAbility to work professionally around students, staff, and school personnelAbout Ampersand TherapyAmpersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
