Partners in Progress We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Dream Builders ABA in Painter, VA, USA . As a RBT , you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to unlock the doors to a world of possibilities and transform challenges into triumphs. About The Role As a RBT , you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include: Implementing behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician Supervisor (RBT-S) Recruiting and assessing potential clients to determine eligibility for services Collaborating with families and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA About Us At Dream Builders ABA , we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers every child to reach their full potential.
