Engage in commercial disputes, business torts, and intellectual property matters. Utilize innovative technology platforms to enhance legal work. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting. Experience with financial reporting, accounting, and tax matters. Civil litigation skills, including shareholder suits and enforcement actions. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse teams. Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills. Texas Bar admission required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Texas Bar. Skills Proficiency in using technology platforms for legal research and document drafting. Ability to focus on strategic thinking and client engagement.
