PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 and over the past 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,000 trailers. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers. We believe it all starts with having exceptional employees who are passionate about their work. About this opportunity
The Driver Manager position is a key operation role focused on supporting drivers and ensuring efficient load coordination. This opportunity offers hands-on experience and a strong entry point for building a career in transportation.
Pay and Schedule
These are the following shift schedules currently available:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM
- 4x3 Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Wednesday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with alternating Wednesdays
- Friday - Monday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year dependent on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support their success
- Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by effectively tracking and tracing loads
- Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities through both independent analysis and team collaboration
- Respond to urgent situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support daily operations
