Shelter Support Specialist — Onsite Client Care
The People Concern
The People Concern in Lancaster, CA is hiring a Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients on a 3pm–11:30pm onsite shift. You will help with basic needs, monitor the living spaces, and support clients toward stability in a trauma-informed, respectful environment. This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes teamwork, documentation in HMIS, and strong customer service. Training and ongoing supervision are provided to empower staff who are committed to dignity and #J-18808-Ljbffr The People Concern
