Talent Brand Manager — EVP, AI-Driven Storytelling

Faire is building an AI-enabled talent organization and seeks a Talent Brand Manager to shape our employer value proposition across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and our careers site, including AI-assisted candidate research. You will report to the Head of Talent in San Francisco, own the EVP, and build scalable storytelling with leaders and employees, plus AI-powered tools that help recruiters tell Faire’s authentic stories.
