We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client's medical facility! **Local Rates** Pay Rate: **$ 53.00/ hour** *W2 **Pay/Travel Package:** Total Travel Comp = $1,456 (Lodging - $854.00, M&I - $602.00) Total Comps = $2,107.60 Shift Details: + 12 hour shifts- Night, LPN Duties + Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. + Assess patients, monitor and record vital signs, and report changes in condition. + Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. + Assist with wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures. + Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). + Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized patient care plans. + Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions. + Follow infection control, safety, and emergency response protocols. + Comply with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. + Maintain all required certifications, training, and employment-related documentation. LPN Qualifications + Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the State VT.
