Job Title: RN Float Pool - Stepdown Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Float Pool - Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: None Description: Registered Nurse in a float pool setting. Position requires coverage on stepdown unit. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, including weekends as scheduled. Guaranteed hours of 48 per week. Cancellation policy allows for 2 shifts to be canceled per 13-week assignment. Charting is done using the EPIC system. No BSN requirement. Trauma level care is provided in this acute care setting.
