- 1 submission slot, with 1 more coming.
- Interview process: Video then onsite, prob 3 rounds in total. If out of state, will stay with videos but will require additional steps during the video interview
-- Location: DMV Only, Hybrid position, onsite 1x per week in-person in Reston VA is required + PI Planning happens every quarter which will take 2 days to complete.
- Seeking a Solution Architect who can take the Enterprise Architect-s vision and build out the solution for the Application Architect to execute/implement the EA-s design.
- HM wants Solution Architects (not application architect or developers) with healthcare insurance domain (Claims, enrollment, benefits etc..) with some understanding of AWS Cloud (does not have to be an SME in cloud, but must have some sort of cloud experience to ensure transfer from on-prem to cloud is possible, has to know how his/her current work can extend into the cloud).
- The tech skills: Safe/Agile, Java, Spring Boot, Angular/UI, Db2 database, any security controls, AWS, API integration, healthcare exp is required
- Healthcare insurance/payor exp is 1000% required
- Strong Business Acumen is important. When he asks for high level design architecture plans, he wants someone that can actually discuss and defend their actions from the business requirements. Able to describe the concept and a high level/100K ft view is important, not just in the weeds keyboard activities. How to build a solution!
- Outstanding presentation abilities - will be presenting to VP+ personnel to discuss the solutions, must have strong comm. skills
- AI/ML background is a huge plus
