Job Description Job Summary: Seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist to perform diagnostic testing and support laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely lab results to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities:

- Perform laboratory testing on blood, body fluids, and tissue specimens following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including the Ortho Vitros 5600 and other analyzers.
- Validate and document test results accurately, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide precise diagnostic data.
- Adhere to CAP and CLIA regulations for laboratory procedures and safety compliance.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and calibrating laboratory instruments. Qualifications:
- Hold a current ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician.
- Demonstrate experience with Epic, antibody identification, and emergency blood banking.
- Possess minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
