Workplace Experience Specialist

We are looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, and system-savvy Workplace Experience Specialist for a contract role through the end of the year in Owensboro, KY.

This incredibly varied, hands-on role spans everything from event planning and community building to facilities coordination, vendor management, and budget administration. You will be the go-to person on-site, ensuring the workplace is enhanced, welcoming, and high-performing every single day.

salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Embrace your role as the "people connecter" within a large global entrepreneurial company
• Highlight your hospitality and employee/visitor engagement experience within a dynamic and rapidly changing company
• Own the beginning-to-end visitor experience as well as the greeting of incoming employees on a daily basis
• Ensure the proper documentation is received and the information is documented correctly in the computer system
• Coordinate deliveries
• Manage misdelivered items
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly logs
• Support the Workplace Experience Specialist and Manager with administrative duties and company wide communication
• Execute and manage purchase orders
• Support budget reconciliation activities by validating charges, flagging discrepancies, and coordinator corrections with Finance
• Provide straight forward weekly/monthly reports
• Participate and support the cultural initiatives and events
• Draft notifications, entry instructions, visitor protocols, building updates, etc
• Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
