Job Full Description

Are you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoy building quality products? We are supporting a local client seeking an Assembler to join a growing trailer manufacturing team in Litchfield, MN . In this role, you will assemble and install custom cabinets and interior components for specialty trailers using modern composite materials and manufacturing techniques.

What's an average day like as an Assembler?

• Assemble cabinets, storage compartments, and interior trailer components according to blueprints and work instructions
• Measure, cut, fit, and install composite materials and related hardware
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
• Install hinges, latches, drawer slides, countertops, and other finish components
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards

What we look for in an Assembler:

• Previous assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, manufacturing, or trailer/RV experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

• Cabinet assembly or woodworking
• Composite material fabrication or assembly
• Trailer, RV, marine, or specialty vehicle manufacturing
• Laminate installation and finish work

Schedule:

• 1st shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm
