Distribution Associate

Summary The Distribution Associate will be a valued team member and assist with distribution of parts as directed by the manufacturer. They will also ensure orders are filled accurately and timely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities: Build a rapport with coworkers and internal stakeholders to facilitate excellent service. Maintain a daily workflow and prioritize what needs to be done on an hourly/daily basis with the direction of the Distribution Lead. Receive and process inbound stock & materials. Accurately stocking inbound shipments and ensure items are stored and put-away properly Accurately picking and fulfilling orders in an efficient manner to meet customer needs. Maintain a clean and efficient production and warehouse environment. Maintain a working proficiency of the ERP system to search for necessary inventory levels and order information related to job duties Assist in weekly/bi-weekly cycle counting. Consistently maintains an attention to detail to avoid errors. Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems. Promote and adhere to United Radio’s Core Values. Ensure compliance with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Strong understanding of mathematical concepts related to probability and statistics. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.
