Energy/Utilities Attorney

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Energy/Utilities Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience in energy and regulatory law. The successful candidate will provide full-time support to various areas within the Energy/Utilities group, including the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB), Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), and additional oil and gas work, as needed. Licensure in Ohio required. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $145,000–$165,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
