Responsibilities Provide every guest with a SuperSONIC experience by cooking, creating, and packaging delicious menu items. Maintain SONIC safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Be proactive in tasks, anticipating busy periods and managing workflow efficiently. Continuously communicate with the team to keep morale high and operations running smoothly. Strive to beat personal performance records with every shift. Qualifications Contagiously positive attitude and resilience to handle high‑pressure situations. Ability to remain calm, adapt quickly, and bounce back from setbacks. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch between tasks with ease. Team mentality, with a willingness to help where needed. Effective communication skills, basic math, and reading proficiency. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work irregular hours and be flexible based on business needs. Follow directions and maintain appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards. General knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry is preferred but not required. Friendly, smiling, and passionate about providing quality products to guests. Willingness to cross‑train on all stations. Motivated individual who is a team player and committed to keeping the drive‑in clean and safe.
