Job Description This ENT practice is seeking to expand its staff of audiologists in the greater Eastern Iowa / Cedar Rapids, IA area. The organization is a major community player while maintaining independence. Job Details and Responsibilities Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, professional daytime hours. Primary duties include advanced and routine diagnostics, physician referrals, patient counseling, expectation management, and hearing aid fittings, with a small component involving BAHA. Comprehensive audiological evaluations are performed, and vestibular testing is included. Clinicians may receive training and send to the American Institute of Balance in Florida. Practice primarily serves adults, with roughly 15% pediatric patients. Device and manufacturer flexibility is offered. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000. No pressure sales culture. Sign‑on bonus and/or relocation assistance negotiable.
