Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 7:00pm-7:30am
• 32 hours per week
• Includes weekends and holidays

Desired Qualifications:

• Active credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in respiratory therapy therapies and protocols
• Experience operating ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, and related respiratory equipment
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Professional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care, including assessments, treatments, and therapy monitoring for diverse patient populations
• Respond promptly to code blue and rapid response calls, providing airway management and life-saving interventions
• Review, initiate, and adjust ventilation settings based on physician orders and patient response
• Educate patients and their families about respiratory care plans, therapies, and at-home measures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
