Revenue & Compensation As a WEL Independent Contractor, you'll earn: 70% of linehaul revenue 86% of the fuel surcharge (FSC) 70% of detention pay Consistent refrigerated freight Weekly settlements Our revenue-sharing model gives you the opportunity to maximize your earnings while maintaining the independence of operating your own business.
