We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst III to champion vital accounting functions within a dynamic, shared services environment. You will ensure accurate transactions, uphold excellent compliance, and provide strategic assurance that our practices mirror top-tier financial reporting standards.

Transform Data into Impactful Opportunities As an integral player in our Financial Shared Services team, you will move beyond basic data entry to drive operational excellence:

• Lead & Optimize: Prepare and review critical bank, cash, and account reconciliations, ensuring absolute data integrity.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner daily with AP to streamline cash transactions and support business units globally.

• Innovate Processes: Spearhead the continuous onboarding of accounting functions from various business units.

• Guide and Mentor: Indirectly supervise the work efforts of junior staff members, cultivating a culture of growth.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain rigorous internal controls while facilitating internal and external audit requests.

What You Bring to the Team

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 4+ years of hands-on experience in financial reporting (cash accounting preferred). CPA designation is highly desired.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel and SAP ERP. Exposure to Hyperion ESSBASE or manufacturing environments is a definite plus.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional critical reasoning, fact-finding skills, and the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
