Delivery Driver Associate
Red Stick Logistics and Transportation is seeking responsible, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team. You will be the face of our company, ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to residential and business addresses.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules using GPS and route optimization tools.
- Load and unload packages in the vehicle with care and accuracy.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.
- Accurately scan, handle, and track packages using handheld devices.
- Follow all local traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Report any issues, delays, or incidents to dispatch or supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
