Pay Range: $24.65- 30.57 hourly

As NFM's Master Painter, you'll showcase expert-level techniques and deliver high-impact results across our dynamic facility. This is more than a painting role, it's your chance to be the go-to authority for artistic finishes, textures, wall coverings, and specialty applications that elevate our spaces.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Monitor Provide direction, insight and prioritization for paint projects and schedules
• Manage Prepare wall surfaces (repair/patch sheetrock)
• Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines while communicating effectively with multiple parties
• Assist Hang wall coverings, including paper, vinyl, graphic design
• Maintain records of work performed, including colors throughout building

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Must be 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3-5 years painting, finishing and wallpapering experience, plus 3-5 years carpentry experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Lift test required: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
• Ability to climb stairs
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
