Home Time: Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle. Regional drivers typically stay out 5–7 days before heading home weekly. Over‑the‑road drivers remain out four weeks followed by four days at home. Team drivers average 4,500–5,000 miles per week, creating additional mileage and earning opportunities. Pay & Bonuses: Earn $1,400 to $1,550 per week with direct deposit. Additional compensation includes layover pay of $12 per hour after the first hour, $15 per stop after the first, and annual safety bonuses. Your Equipment: Drive International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, or Kenworth trucks equipped with 10‑speed manual transmissions, 1,500‑watt inverters, and Opti‑idle systems to help maintain cab comfort while reducing unnecessary idling.
