You’ll Be Doing:

Performing TIG, MIG, and Arc welding on structural steel components

Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and layout specifications

Fitting, assembling, and welding steel structures and components to project requirements

Assisting with steel erection welding projects (preferred experience)

Operating welding equipment safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Following workplace safety standards and maintaining an organized work area Shift

Time & Pay Rate:

⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (shift times may vary depending on project requirements)

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00+/HR, based on experience

1 Fitter/Welder

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience with TIG, MIG, and/or Arc welding

✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

✔ Experience fitting and assembling steel components

✔ Steel erection welding experience preferred

✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
