Job Description Registered Nurse Med/Telemetry Position Highlights: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of two (2) years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Position responsibilities: Build patient relationships. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their family in an intimate inpatient setting. A team that feels and functions like a family. Registered Nurses are a central part of our interdisciplinary team of clinicians. Work alongside and support patient care technicians, other nurses, dietitians, social workers, physicians and more. RNs deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. Fast paced. Our Registered Nurses care for a group of patients ranging in different levels of acuity with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and provide high quality care. You will work with your head, heart and hands each day. Schedule. Shifts are typically 12 hours, 3 days per week. Some holidays and weekends are required. Why CRMC?
